Under the Woods Event Center began with a simple idea—and a family celebration.
When our eldest son and future daughter-in-law began searching for the perfect wedding venue, we realized the rolling Ozark hills we called home offered everything they were looking for. Inspired by their wedding, we created a place where couples could celebrate life's biggest moments surrounded by natural beauty, family, and friends.
Today, we're proud to welcome weddings, receptions, reunions, celebrations, and special events to our family-owned venue just one mile north of Bella Vista, Arkansas, conveniently located along Highway 71 in Jane, Missouri.
Our 3,000-square-foot, climate-controlled barn is designed to bring comfort and character together in every season. Guests also enjoy a 1,200-square-foot covered patio, an 1,800-square-foot garden, and two unique outdoor ceremony locations—the South Ceremony Spot with its hillside pergola and sweeping views, and The Pond Garden, an intimate waterside setting perfect for smaller celebrations.
To help your day run smoothly, we provide tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, a private bridal suite, groom's dressing area, a full catering kitchen, ADA-accessible facilities, and shuttle service from the parking area to the venue before your ceremony.
Whether you bring your own catering team or work with one of our trusted local vendors, we're happy to provide recommendations for caterers, planners, florists, photographers, DJs, bakeries, and more to help make planning your day a little easier.
